Shipping & Returns Information

SHIPPING
For the time being, 22-InchBMX ships within the continental United States. Otherwise, orders made outside of that will be handled on a case by case basis.

International orders may be subject to additional charges imposed by your country's government.

All orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full, and it has been verified that there are no problems with your order. Before your order is shipped, we will make sure there are no discrepancies with the order you have placed, or the information you have provided. If any problems are found, you will be notified, and we will resolve the issue(s) before your order is shipped. As long as your order has been deemed "problem free," it will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the time you submit it.

Most domestic orders placed by 1pm CST, of in stock and ship-able merchandise, will ship the same day unless they contain: Out of Stock items, require Additional Payment Approval, or Additional Shipping and Handling for heavier or oversized packaging. Any order which may be delayed due to any of the above conditions beyond a reasonable time frame will be contacted.

We ship Monday - Friday only. No weekends or holidays.

All shipped packages will be insured against damage or loss and will be designated a tracking number.

Tracking numbers will be available after an order is packaged and shipped. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the designated email address submitted at time of ordering.

Standard Ground Shipping does not carry guaranteed time frames for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on location of delivery.

Delivery Confirmation is available and may be required upon delivery at 22-InchBMX's discretion. Orders including or containing, oversized packaging, excessive value, shipping to a secondary shipping address, by customer request, or orders that 22-InchBMX sees as a risk, are subject to Delivery Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation may or may not include signature at time of delivery.

Shipping rates and methods, as well as the information contained here, are subject to change without notice.


RETURNS
Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers must contact 22-InchBMX via the contact page within 5 business days after purchase to begin any return process.

Customers are not guaranteed any return approval. Approved returns will be the financial responsibility of the customer and must be shipped within 72 hours of approval.

All returned items must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition in their original packaging. Installed, used items will not receive a full refund, and may be subject to restocking fees as determined by 22-InchBMX.

Refund amount for approved returns will be the sole discretion of 22-InchBMX.

Finally, you are welcome to return an item for refund or exchange subject to the above information and/or the following conditions:

  1. All returns must be authorized by 22-InchBMX prior to shipment by phone or email, and a copy of the invoice must be included
  2. No returns after 10 days from the purchase date
  3. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee determined by 22-InchBMX
  4. No returns on frames, forks, or any components that have been installed
  5. No returns on clothing items
